"Conveniently" located in Downtown Columbus, this chain link's a good bet for folks "watching their money" (especially if the "too-expensive" parking fees can be avoided) and ideal for "business travelers who won't be spending a lot of time" there; rooms are "comfortable" and sport flat-screen TVs and WiFi, but the highlight is the "professional" staff that is "knowledgeable about the area" and reliable for "directions and suggestions."

Staff was very helpful! Our son was ill and staff was super helpful. Dining staff even boxed up breakfast for us and followed us back to our room.

Classy and staff was very helpful.
Our window faced a brick wall.

In a big city like Columbus, being close to where my meeting was the next day was a priority. This hotel was less than 2 miles from where I had to be.
Had to pay $18 to park.
Super friendly staff who all wore smiles and were eager to help. Room was spacious and attractive and aesthetically pleasing. The only thing I did not like was paying an extra $20 to park!
